Earlier this year Jimmy Rollins (professional baseball player for the Philadelphia Phillies) and Johari Smith (professional trainer) became husband and wife on Grand Cayman at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman. The couple celebrated in style using bright orange and red colours which were complimented by the beautiful shades of blue found only in the Cayman Islands. Jeremy Taylor and his bride, Kathryn Bannell tied the knot (or balloons) on board the Cayman Elusion, a private luxury yacht from Cayman Luxury Charters. The ceremony was attended by their children and Kathryn's mother Rosemary Bannell.

David Wolfe, professional photographer, captures the magical moments from ceremony to romantic beach time to riding on the wave runner and "trashing the dress" by jumping off the bow of the yacht.

In March 2011, engaged couple Jason and Jennifer married on the beautiful Seven Mile Beach on Grand Cayman. Shot by photographer Nicole Caldwell, the intimate ceremony took place where the newly weds had originally met.

Says Caldwell, “Jennifer then started working for the Ritz Carlton in Grand Cayman, where she met head Chef Jason. The began dating and moved to San Juan Puerto Rico. They decided to return to where they fell in love on the island of Grand Cayman for their destination wedding at the Ritz Carlton. The weeding week was filled with adventures including a boatride to Stingray City.”
