Jeremy Taylor and his bride, Kathryn Bannell ties the knot (or balloons) on board the Cayman Elusion, a private luxury yacht from Cayman Luxury Charters. The ceremony was attended by their children and Kathryn's mother Rosemary Bannell.
David Wolfe, professional photographer, captures the magical moments from ceremony to romantic beach time to riding on the wave runner and “trashing the dress” by jumping off the bow of the yacht.

Parfait Weddings & Events and Cathy Church Photography teamed up to help this couple exchange some under-the-sea vows. And yes, underwater contracts do carry over to land.

In March 2011, engaged couple Jason and Jennifer married on the beautiful Seven Mile Beach on Grand Cayman. Shot by photographer Nicole Caldwell, the intimate ceremony took place where the newly weds had originally met.
Says Caldwell, “Jennifer then started working for the Ritz Carlton in Grand Cayman, where she met head Chef Jason. The began dating and moved to San Juan Puerto Rico. They decided to return to where they fell in love on the island of Grand Cayman for their destination wedding at the Ritz Carlton. The weeding week was filled with adventures including a boatride to Stingray City.”

Stemming off of the Cayman Islands’ appearance in “Destination I Do”, the Cotton Tree has an exciting new offer for couples in 2011. Located at the northern most point of Grand Cayman, the Cotton Tree is the islands’ first boutique cottage hotel. Throughout 2011, couples get a 0 deal! “Destination I Do” profiles this deal here.
During the busy season of November through April, the Couples Rate stands at $675 a night. As for the rest of the year, the Couples Rate dips down to $450. This affords the couple use of the entire cottage with the exception of the second bedroom.
