Eva Chan & Rick May of Dallas, TX chose the rooftop of Grand Cayman Beach Suites overlooking Seven Mile Beach for their ceremony and reception. Family and friends came from the USA, Canada and Hong Kong to help Eva and Rick celebrate.
"We have always known that we wanted a destination wedding on the beach somewhere in the world. We visited a friend that lived in Grand Cayman in 2008 and immediately fell in love with the beauty of the island and the hospitality from the locals. It also helped that there were some great direct flights offered for the majority of our guests."
The team at The Grand Cayman Beach Suites worked closely with Eva and Rick to make their dreams a reality. "The vendors we worked with were patient, helpful and friendly. The breath-taking views from the rooftop created an ideal backdrop for our wedding. The flowers were amazing that Trisha's Roses created for us. The cocktails, appetizers and entrees were delicious from Hemingway's. There are many activities for your guests to do while they are down there. The food is great in the Cayman Islands and the pictures turn out wonderful with the beautiful background!"
"We had a wonderful time with our guests that made the trip down to the Cayman Islands. One of our fondest memories from our wedding was the sunset that painted a beautiful backdrop to our photos. There was no care in the world what time it was, just that we were all together with our family and friends," reflects Eva.
