CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY
January 3, 2013 to April 14, 2013- 1 night room & tax if cancelled/changed inside 10 Days of arrival.

Cancellations or changes made after check-in are subject to a 100% charge.

**We do require a deposit of one night to reserve a room with a credit card (VISA, Master Card, Discover or AMEX). The balance is then due at check in. We also require a credit card imprint at check in for any incidental charges.
