May or may not include staff.

Condominiums / Apartments - Individually units, many luxuriously furnished, that typically offer a kitchen, separate living and dining room, ranging in size from studios to multiple bedrooms. May offer recreational amenities.

Guest Houses - Typically, a private home offering individual rooms to travelers. Guest rooms are generally larger in size than those found in B & B's.
Private or shared washrooms.

Bed & Breakfast - A private property, typically a home, offering lodging in individually furnished rooms. Accommodations includes a complimentary breakfast.
Shared common areas.
