All Beaches in the Cayman Islands are public up to the high water mark.

Seven Mile Beach
Seven Mile beach encompasses so many different activities, a day at the beach has the ability to leave your head spinning. Whether or not you enjoy just relaxing and watching the waves roll in, or taking your vacation up a notch and parasailing over the Caribbean sea - Seven Mile Beach has what you’re looking for. With an abundance of watersports operators, hotels and beachside restaurants you will never be at a loss for what to do on Seven Mile Beach.

Public Beach
The Grand Cayman public beach offers changing and restrooms, showers, a wonderful playground for the kids to enjoy, beach huts, a watersports operator, as well as the Calico Jacks Beach Bar for food and drinks where you can enjoy another day in paradise.

Spotts Beach
The Spotts beach (located in Spotts Newlands) is great if you want to get away from the crowd. This spot is surrounded by ironshore cliffs with white beaches and a barrier reef that keeps waters calm year round with huts and benches available for use.

Smith Barcadere
Located on South Sound this beach offers the convenience of being close to the cruise port to allow for more time enjoying the sun sand and sea. With restrooms, picnic benches, showers, phenomenal snorkelling and great photo ops, you should add Smith Barcadere to your to-do list whilst visiting our beautiful islands.

West Bay Public Beach
Located after the 4-way stop in West Bay with a wide stretch of powder soft sand and an abundance of shady sea grape trees, this stop is perfect for family get togethers.  There is also a dock , restrooms/changing facilities, showers and huts/benches.

Cemetery Beach
Cemetery Beach is known for it’s superb snorkelling, but does not offer the convenience of changing facilities  restrooms or watersports operators that many of the other beaches have. However, if the underwater beauty of the Cayman Islands is what you seek - put Cemetery Beach at the top of your list.    

Rum Point
With the beauty and tranquillity of the North Side of the Islands and calm shallow waters that allow children and adults alike to play care free, this experience is what vacationing in the Caribbean is really about. Rum Point offers changing/restrooms, showers, huts, hammocks, a volleyball net and it's own beach bar providing food and drinks. Red Sail Sports offers all of your watersports needs - you needn’t look any further for an ideal Cayman day.

East End Public Beach
When you really want to get away from it all, take a trip down to East End. This beach is secluded with only the sound of lapping waves and calling birds to distract from the state of tranquillity and peace you will find here. Huts and restrooms are available on location.

Cayman Kai
Cayman Kai has huts, benches, hammocks, beach volleyball and an annual Mardi Gras festival, you will always be entertained and amused. The Kaibo bar and grill offers salads and sandwiches . 'Upstairs' fine dining restaurant above the beach bar offers modern caribbean cuisine. On Kaibo Beach, in addition to volleyball is paddleboarding, sailing, kayaking (day and night) kite surfing and wakeboarding. Many poeple like to fish from the dock. Good snorkelling is nearby at the public beach. There is a shop here, a gas station, and free wifi. This is a great place to search for starfish by taking a walk up the beach to Ivory Point.

Heritage Beach
This site has a small car parking area on the landward side of the road, and picnic facilities on the beach side.  The beach is not well suited for swimming, as it grades into shallows with abundant Turtle Grass, a biologically productive system important to a diversity of marine life. A beautiful view across Frank Sound lagoon does however, make Heritage Beach an appealing picnic spot.
