The first annual Cayman Cookout takes place January 16-19, 2009 and will be brought to you by the Department of Tourism, The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman and Food & Wine Magazine. Hosted by talented celebrity Chef Eric Ripert, creator of acclaimed Grand Cayman restaurant Blue by Eric Ripert, this delectable weekend of events, tastings, demonstrations and wine seminars will offer visitors the opportunity to fill four delicious days in one of the most naturally beautiful and serene of locales – outdoors on world famous Seven Mile Beach!
Chef Eric and his talented culinary friends, including wine experts Anthony Giglio and Food & Wine Deputy Wine Editor Ray Isle, will take visitors on an epicurean journey all of their own. Additional world-class talent will be announced shortly.
