Atlantis Submarine Cayman is celebrating its 25th Anniversary in 2010. Atlantis Submarines International has recently achieved the unparalleled milestone of hosting more than 12 million passengers worldwide. Today Atlantis is the world leader in tourist submersibles, with operations in nine special locations around the Caribbean and Pacific. It all started in Grand Cayman back in 1985, with the introduction of the Atlantis I Submarine, which quickly captivated the wonder of visitors and island residents alike, by revealing the most amazing marine habitat on the planet. Since those early years there have been many exciting additions to Atlantis Submarines Cayman; the ultra modern, 48 passengers Atlantis XI Submarine, replaced the Atlantis I and the new Seaworld Observatory has joined the fleet. These unique vessels cover the full underwater experience from the teeming shallow reefs and shipwrecks of George Town harbour, to the coral canyons at 100 feet. These adventures are available to virtually everyone, all in air-conditioned comfort, with no pressure effects on ears and you don’t even get wet.
 | Atlantis Submarine - TS-XI You dont have to be a diver to dive in Cayman.Experience the thrill of journeying beneath the sea in a Real Submarine, without getting wet!. Atlantis XI Submarine, a technological marvel, was specifically designed for civilian passengers. Your experience begins at our reception area, and embarkation dock, where you are greeted by your enthusiastic hosts. After boarding our transfer vessel your host will give a safety briefing and then you can kick back and relax and enjoy the 5 minute boat trip to the submarine. Once moored alongside, you safely board the submarine by a ramp and enter our Air conditioned cabin. After the hatches are secured, and pre dive checks completed your descent begins. The smooth ride and clarity of the water will amaze you as you explore Grand Cayman's Underwater Marine Park to depths of 100 feet. Huge barrel sponges and star corals abound the reef even the occasional stingray and turtle, may pass within a few feet of your large view-port. Theres even a choice, take a tour after dark.

| Seaworld Observatory The Seaworld Observatory was designed and built by Midship Marine Inc., of New Orleans La., specifically for Atlantis Submarines for viewing the shallow reefs. Guests simply descend into the observatory and sit in air-conditioned comfort five feet below the surface of the water. As your captain maneuvers the Observatory to various locations on this one hour tour, you will view an abundance of marine life, historic shipwrecks, and a fish-feeding show through large windows.
