Additional Watersports include, padde boarding, kitesurfing and parasailing.

Paddleboarding
Stand-up Paddleboarding has a long history, starting back in Polynesia centuries ago as a way for kings and queens to enjoy the water. By using a long board and a paddle they were able to cruise around, travel between islands and catch waves along the way. Modern day surfing came from the original paddleboard surfing and is suitable for all ages.

Kitesurfing
Kitesurfing or kiteboarding is a surface watersport that uses the wind to pull a rider through the water on a small surfboard a kiteboard similar to wakeboarding. For more info check out our partner listings under watersports for Kitesure Cayman and The Kitehouse.

Parasailing
Is a recreational activity where a person is towed behind a vehicle (usually a boat) while attached to a specially designed parachu, known as a parasail. The boat then drives off, carrying the parascender into the air. If the boat is powerful enough, two or three people can parasail behind it at the same time. See our listing of parasailing vendors under watersports.
